Goal

• Update sos-report to collect pertinent information in relation to rhc-worker-playbook to aid in trouble-shooting.

• • For example:  If the rhc-worker-playbook pkg is present on the server, then collect relevant information:
    • $ cat /var/log/rhc-worker-playbook
    • $ cat /etc/rhc/workers/rhc-worker-playbook.toml
