/run/saslauthd has 000 permissions in the package but invariable has greater permissions 755 on the server

      Description of problem: /run/saslauthd has 000 permissions in the package but invariable has greater permissions 755 on the server causes rpm -V to flag it.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      cyrus-sasl-2.1.27-6.el8_5.x86_64

      How reproducible:
      Install cyrus-sasl and run "rpm -V cyrus-sasl".

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Install "cyrus-sasl".

      1. yum install cyrus-sasl

      2. Permissions is not good which causes rpm -V to flag it.

      1. rpm -q --queryformat "[% {FILEMODES:perms}

        \n]" cyrus-sasl | grep /run/saslauthd

      Actual results:

      1. rpm -V cyrus-sasl
        .M...UG.. g /run/saslauthd

      Expected results:
      rpm -V should not flag it and output should be empty.

      1. rpm -V cyrus-sasl
        >> No output
