rhel-10.0-beta builds of net-snmp consistently hang while running tests on all arches except for s390x, but only in brew builds, not in c10s, with the last line of output being:

As a result, while the package built during the .el10 mass rebuild at the conclusion of c10s bootstrapping, the RHEL build is still on .el10+5 which is a bootstrap build without the tests being run. This build will need to be replaced with a post-bootstrapping build before Beta.
