What were you trying to do that didn't work?

When ros specific configuration is already there and then we install the insights-client-ros package instead of evaluating the insights-client.conf file it adds the ros configuration

Steps to reproduce

1. Add ros specific value in the insights-client.conf file
2. Install insights-client-ros package
3. Check the insights-client.conf

Expected results: 

Only one entry specific to ros should be there in insights-client.conf file

Actual results:

There are 2 entries specific to ros in insights-client.conf file.
