What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Using the web-ui to create a blueprint on a Satellite client fails to load any packages as the customer only has access to the "9" stream, but the web ui defaults to the latest minor release. There is no option to change this setting (from what I've checked).

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

osbuild-composer-88.3-1.el9_3.x86_64

How reproducible:

Everytime

Steps to reproduce

1. Use Satellite client in content view which only has the 9 stream
2. Override file to point to Satellite, https://access.redhat.com/solutions/5773421
3. Create a blueprint in the webui

Expected results

A warning about why no packages are showing up (IE the 404 from /var/log/messages or something)

The ability to select a distro so you can pick the distro you want.

Actual results

No packages show up at all. No warnings or errors either. Just no packages are listed.
