Description

CUPS Local server is suited for workstation variants and works only with temporary queues, so the OS must be ready to work with them out of the box.

Acceptance Criteria

• Implement support for temporary queues in current CUPS and applications
• the project is packaged in Fedora
• adjust systemd-resolved, networkmanager and firewalld to make temporary queues work automatically
• ensure temporary queue from local network works with CUPS Local server
• ensure temporary queue from localhost (ipp-usb, printer application) works with CUPS Local server
• ensure printer profiles work with CUPS Local server
• ensure end user can change default options, which will turn the print queue permanent, using CUPS Local server
• write tests for the package
• get it in RHEL
