[RFE] show available throughput in nmcli overview

      As a network administrator, I want to see the available network speed as shown in ethtool within nmcli's overview to quickly assess interface performance without switching between tools.

      Given a system with nmcli tool availableWhen a network administrator runs the nmcli command to view the network interface overview
      Then the network speed should be displayed alongside other interface information.

      Description of problem:
      it would be nice to see the available "speed" of a network as shown in ethtool in nmcli's overview.
      [root@rdma-dev-01 ~]$ ethtool inf_ib0 |grep Speed
      Speed: 56000Mb/s
      [root@rdma-dev-01 ~]$ ethtool lom_1 |grep Speed
      Speed: 1000Mb/s
