Goal

• As a FoA developer , I want to add documentation to the relevant APIs as mentioned in descriptor RA, so that the APIs in safety scope has sufficient documentation. In particular, the documentation to be created is related to:
  • poll 
  • recvmsg 
  • sendmsg 
  • epoll_create 
  • epoll_wait 
  • dup3

 And the documentation to be extended is related to: 

• • fcntl- to be extended the documentation related to its sub-options

Acceptance Criteria

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Verify that the documentation is added and available in glibc manual
