      Goal

      • As a desktop developer, I want to build Wayland compositors with Xwayland support.
        • As an example, building KWin, Weston, labwc, cage, or other compositors requires being able to get information in the build environment about the capabilities of Xwayland to properly enable supporting X11 applications in Wayland environments.

      Acceptance Criteria

      xorg-x11-server-Xwayland-devel needs to be shipped in the CentOS Stream/RHEL repositories. Whether that's CRB or AppStream doesn't really matter, but I suspect given that the devel package is just a pkgconfig file, AppStream should be fine.
