We don't want to support pre-9.4 machine types. It is fine if they are still present , but mark them as deprecated so that they are not used for new installations.
Listing the machine types for the virt machine, virt-rhel9.0.0 and virt-rhel9.2.0 should show up as deprecated.

qemu-kvm bug fix and enhancement update
[RHEL-24988] Mark virt-rhel9.{0,2}.0 machine types as deprecated
Test tier1 loop with both host/guest with kernel-64k-5.14.0-424.el9 and qemu-kvm-8.2.0-6.el9, results all passed. No regressions were found for this MR.
