[RHEL-9] [ja_JP] [anaconda] - Password strength prompts not translated

What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Installing in Japanese, while setting the passwords, the "Strong" and "Weak" password prompts are showing in English rather than in Japanese

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

anaconda-gui-33.16.10.1-1.el8.x86_64

Steps to reproduce

1. Start installation for RHEL 8.10
2. Select the Japanese language from the list and hit the Continue button
3. Click on the Root password or User creation button
4. Enter text in the password text field

Expected results

Password strength prompt should be in Japanese

Actual results

Password strength prompt is in English
