What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Update or install  osbuild-93-1.el9_3.1.noarch which requires an updated osbuild-selinux package since I have selinux-policy-targeted installed.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

osbuild-93-1.el9_3.1.noarch

1.  Given a system with selinux-policy-targeted installed
2. Update or install osbuild (yum update/install osbuild)
3. Installation fails with:
   Error:  
   Problem: package osbuild-93-1.el9_3.1.noarch from rhel-9-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms requires (osbuild-selinux if selinux-policy-targeted), but none of the providers can be installed
