Goal

• The insights-client-ros subapckage should do,
  • Add ros_collect=True parameter in /etc/insights-client.conf file if not already configured by user
  • Remove legacy ROS configuration if available
  • At the time of uninstallation remove ros_collect parameter from the insights-client.conf file
  • Installs pcp-zeroconf as dependency

Acceptance Criteria

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• The insights-client-ros package available in RHEL 9
• Adds ros_collect=True  in /etc/insights-client.conf upon installation,

• • If ros_collect is already found(without comments) in config then no actions should be performed
• Installs pcp-zeroconf as dependency
• Removes the legacy ROS configuration
• Upon removing the insights-client-ros it should remove ros_collect parameter from /etc/insights-client.conf
