[RHEL10][FTBFS] zziplib failes to build in rawhide

      zziplib fails to build in Fedora Rawhide, which means it fails to build in Fedora ELN, CentOS Stream 10 and RHEL 10.

      It appears to be a ZIP64 handling bug
