Given a system administrator is configuring network connections on a RHEL 10 system,

When they install or upgrade NetworkManager,

Then NetworkManager should not depend on or attempt to use libteam for teaming configurations and notify the system administrator with an error message indicating that team support has been removed.

      Definition of Done:

      • The implementation meets the acceptance criteria
      • Unit test and integration test are written and pass
      • The code is part of a downstream build attached to an errata

Based on Bug 1935544, the user space libteam and kernel team module will be removed on RHEL10. From https://tiny.distro.builders/view-srpm--view-eln--libteam.html, NetworkManager is still depending on it. This ticket is to track the removal of this dependency in RHEL 10.
