Firefox pulls in Python 3.11 to RHEL 10

      In https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2135421 we have reported a build failure of Firefox with Python 3.12. Instead of fixing the failure, firefox now BuildRequires python3.11.

      That means python3.11 is pulled into ELN and hence RHEL 10. Please get rid of the dependency before RHEL 10 forks from Fedora. Thanks
