Firefox will be only shipped as a flatpak in RHEL 10 so until we have a working Flatpak we will have RHEL 10 without default web browser (people could still use RHEL 9 Firefox Flatpak though - https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/rhel9/firefox-flatpak/61a621463e9240fca360f78d.
