SSSD service failed to start with 'Unable to load module [proxy] with path' errors in /var/log/sssd/sssd_nssfiles.log

• `sssd.service` does not start anymore after applying RHBA-2023:6995

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

• sssd-common-2.9.1-4.el8_9.x86_64
• cockpit-session-recording-13-3.el8.noarch

How reproducible:

Steps to reproduce

1. Apply RHBA-2023:6995
2. `sssd.service`is not starting anymore
3. Run `sudo dnf in sssd-proxy`
4. `sssd.service` can be started again

Expected results

• `sssd.service` should be able to start without manually installing additional packages

Actual results

• The package `sssd-proxy` needs to be installed to be able to start `sssd.service` again
