      The following needs to be verified in order for this epic to be considered complete:

      •  Boot KVM guest with CPU isolation.
      • Inject different types of MCEs.
      • Verify that only MCEs which must be targeted to a given CPU (mandatory) interrupt isolated CPUs. All other types of MCEs are targeted to housekeeping CPUs.
