      The idea is to implement additional "sos report --upload*" options for proxy configuration

      eg.
      --upload-proxy-user
      --upload-proxy-pass
      --upload-proxy-host
      --upload-proxy-port

      This would allow the "sos report --upload" feature to work for customers behind a proxy.
