      Description of problem:
      Tomcat installation creates /var/lib/tomcats directory which is used only in not supported scenario (multiple Tomcat instances).

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Install Tomcat
      2. Check whether /var/lib/tomcats directory exists
      3.

      Actual results:
      The directory exists

      Expected results:
      The directory should not exist.
