      Goal

      • 389-ds-base must not depend on perl-DB_File
        • 389-ds-base currently requires perl-DB_File in Fedora, ELN, and c10s for the logconv.pl script.
        • perl-DB_File requires libdb, which we want to drop from RHEL 10.

      Acceptance Criteria

      A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

      • Nothing in ELN or c10s depends on perl-DB_File.
