Goal

• Add a Rust module for integrity support in Rust devicemapper-rs library

Acceptance Criteria

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• A complete, working, Rust module that supports integrity ioctls, similar to the Rust modules for other DM targets that are already in devicemappe-rs, along with some useful unit tests
• The devicemapper release containing the module released upstream and in Fedora
