      • add ability to manage high-availability clusters to RHEL web console

      Acceptance Criteria

      • HA Cluster Management add-on for RHEL web console is created from pcs-web-ui (has the same functionality)
      • the add-on is built as a subpackage of pcs (cockpit-ha-cluster)
      • the add-on is installable through Applications page in RHEL web console
      • the documentation of pcsd Web UI is updated
      • the documentation of RHEL web console includes the new HA Cluster Management add-on
