.The sos stops collecting user’s `.ssh` configuration

Previously, the `sos` utility collected the `.ssh` configuration by default from a user. As a consequence, this action caused a broken system for users that are mounted by using automount utility. With this update, the `sos` utility no longer collects the `.ssh` configuration.

What were you trying to do that didn't work?

The "ssh" plugin got enhanced during RHEL8's life to automatically collect user's files .ssh/ directory.
This functionality ("userconfs") should be disabled by default for many reasons:

      1. it's usually useless: ssh issues are mostly due to issues on the service side, such as PAM stack
      2. it's creating havoc when users have their homes on automount

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      sos-4.6.0-5

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create users with home dir automounted from a remote location
      2. Execute "ssh" plugin

      Expected results

No automatic mounting of remote locations

      Actual results

Mounting of remote locations which lead to hangs when remote location is hanging for example
Bursts of remote mounts impacting the system's usability
