In 9.4 we agreed to ship the database for RHELBU-2374 as a systemd subpackage (nic-hwdata, nic-naming-data,...?)
There is one thing that needs to be decided and properly tested.
Will we make installation of the package opt-in, opt-out or bound to udev?
If it is a not a strict opt-in we need to solve the issue with existing installations.
On a meeting we agreed to default to RHEL-X.0 behavior, but there might be machines using a NIC where the sysfs attributes changed in 9.1
