What were you trying to do that didn't work?

The systemd.network(5) manpage is not delivered with the systemd package, although being referenced in systemd.link(5) manpage:

# man systemd.network
No manual entry for systemd.network

In theory no reference to systemd.network(5) should be found on RHEL9 since we do not ship systemd-networkd package.
