Feature, enhancement (describe the feature or enhancement from the user’s point of view):
Add means for configuring node attributes.

Reason (why has the feature or enhancement been implemented):
Node attributes can be referenced in location constraint rules to specify resources placement.

Result (what is the current user experience):
It is now possible to configure node attributes via the ha_cluster_node_options variable.

I've been trying to set a RHEL HA cluster using the ha_cluster system-role but I haven't found a way to define cluster members' attributes, this is required to define different cluster constraints.
