      Description

This Epic will keep track of all issues/subtasks/stories related to implementing a "Clustered-qcow2 Subprovisioner" CSI plugin for Kubernetes that takes existing shared storage exposed as a standard block device or file system without additional functionality, and allows cluster tenants to consume that storage capacity using standard Kubernetes storage management APIs.

Unlike the "LVM Subprovisioner" (see RHEL-9926), this CSI plugin will rely on a novel clustered qcow2 implementation and on qemu-storage-daemon.
