      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      Use scheduler plugin and `isolated_cores` e.g.:

      [scheduler]
      isolated_cores=1-3

      Currently, there is no way to ignore the IRQs affinity processing.

      Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      tuned-2.21.0

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to reproduce

      1.  Use simple profile from the above example
      2.
      3.

      Expected results

      A way to skip IRQs affinity processing.

      Actual results

      There is no way to skip IRQs affinity processing (i.e. ignoring it).
