What were you trying to do that didn't work?

The current Python 3.11 version has a fairly nasty concurrency bug that impacts many projects: https://github.com/python/cpython/issues/105829

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

How reproducible:

Repros fairly consistently with the script in the issue linked above.

Steps to reproduce

Run the sample script in the issue linked above and it will deadlock.

Expected results

Repro script should never deadlock.

Actual results

Repro script deadlocks (sometimes it takes a few tries).
