      Hello, maintainers of python-oslo-utils.

We are the maintainers of pytz and we have marked the dependency on python3-pytz as unwanted for RHEL 10.

When you look at https://tiny.distro.builders/view-rpm--view-eln--python3-pytz.html you'll see that the dependency is pulled into ELN mostly by python3-babel which is now fixed upstream: https://github.com/python-babel/babel/pull/940

We would like to get rid of pytz from RHEL 10. Could you please work with python-oslo-utils upstream to get rid of the dependency and use the standard library zoneinfo module instead? You can see the above babel pull request as an example.

      Thanks.
