Steps to reproduce

On rhel9.4 host:

1. $ virt-builder -v -x fedora-38 --chown 1:1:/var/tmp
virt-builder: error: invalid format for '--chown' parameter, see the man page

2. $ virt-builder --help | grep chown
  --chown <UID:GID:PATH>              Change the owner user and group ID of a file or directory

Expected results

The '--chown' parameter should be supported.
