Goal

• RHEL 7 moves to ELS phase in June 2024. This might change the repositories structure. Make sure RHEL 7 to 8 upgrade works for both types of machines - with and without ELS repositories available

Acceptance Criteria

• RHEL 7.9 with ELS subscription can be upgrades to RHEL 8 after ELS switch
• RHEL 7.9 without ELS subscription can be upgrades to RHEL 8 after ELS switch

IOW, RHEL 7 standard repositories currently covered (mapped) for in-place upgrades should be extended by repoids from ELS channels. So systems using ELS repositories are covered in the same way as standard, EUS, or E4S repositories nowadays.

It is expected that ELS repositories are mapped only from the original (RHEL 7) system to GA repositories by default (in case of systems with SAP HANA, switch to E4S by default). As ELS repositories does not exist in advance and we are not 100% sure about their names, it's not expected to implement possibility to use a target RHEL system ELS repositories (IOW, RHEL 7 ELS -> RHEL 8 ELS is not expected to be covered by the automatic repositories mapping).
