What were you trying to do that didn't work?

We need to rebase sos to 4.6.1 (and further deliver device auth feature (sos 3380)) in all RHEL8 supported releases. That is the only way to ensure sos --upload feature is still working after the change of authentication.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

sos-4.6.0 (or older in some EUS/ELS releases)
