.`ForwardToSyslog` flag is now supported in the `journald` system role In the `journald` RHEL System Role, the `journald_forward_to_syslog` variable controls whether the received messages should be forwarded to the traditional `syslog` daemon or not. The default value of this variable is `false`. With this enhancement, you can now configure the `ForwardToSyslog` flag by setting `journald_forward_to_syslog` to `true` in the inventory. As a result, when using remote logging systems such as Splunk, the logs are available in the `/var/log` files.
