      As part of the work on https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-6113, we need to backport commit ae447da64975 ("ss: Add support for dumping TCP bound-inactive sockets.") in iproute2. This commit is currently only in the iproute2-next upstream repository. It allows to dump TCP sockets that are bound but not listening, for kernels that support this feature.
