What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Trying to use DNF with ES language results in the following error:

Error al cargar el complemento "config_manager": '*prog' 

This is caused by the following string on "/po/es.po":

msgstr "Dirige {*prog} opciones de configuración y repositorios"

The asterisk on "{*prog}" should not be there. This is a regression from BZ 2127011 introduced with version "dnf-plugins-core-4.3.0-5.el9_2".

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

Latest (dnf-plugins-core-4.3.0-11.el9_3).

1. Set language to "LANG=es_ES-UTF-8".
2. Use a command, for example "yum update"
3. The error can be seen.

Expected results

The command works normally.
