dmidecode not support "AMD EPYC 9454 48-Core " processor upgrade info

What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Dmidecode cannot parse SMBios, affecting customer usage, system installation

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

dmidecode-3.3-7.el9.x86_64
dmidecode-3.501.el9.x86_64

Steps to reproduce

1.  Have system with AMD EPYC 9454 48-Core processor
2.  Run dmidecode
3.  When parsing through data, encounter: Upgrade: <OUT OF SPEC>

Expected results

For the Upgrade to not show <OUT OF SPEC> 

Actual results

The processor is recognized correctly, but it just seems to affect this "Upgrade" line.

$ cat dmidecode | grep -i upgrade
               BIOS is upgradeable
       Upgrade: <OUT OF SPEC>
       Upgrade: <OUT OF SPEC>
