Goal

Deliver driver metrics via WMI, making possible to query various metrics of the driver during development and QE procedures.

The driver already provides the interface for such queries, what is needed is to form the list of the metrics, group the metrics into functional informational units  and use them when applicable during QE procedures.

Acceptance Criteria

This is long-running task and it should be closed when it will be really used in verification procedures.
