      Given a system administrator working on a system with nmstate installed,
      When they attempt to modify an existing IPsec interface configuration from ipsec-interface: 8 to ipsec-interface: 10 using nmstatectl,
      Then the system should successfully update the interface, effectively renaming it from ipsec8 to ipsec10.

      Definition of Done:

      • The implementation meets the acceptance criteria
      • Unit test and integration test are written and pass
      • The code is part of a downstream build attached to an errata

      1. Create a ipsec interface with `ipsec-interface: 8`
      2. Apply new ipsec configure via nmstatectl with config change to `ipsec-interface: 10`

      Expected results

      Interface renamed from ipsec8 to ipsec10

      Actual results

      Failure.
