      Several of Disney's tools depend on Xorg accepting remote connections and to that effect, they run xhost + in /etc/gdm/Init/Default

      This is working fine in el79, however the command is ignored in el9 when using the exact same configuration.

      Ray Strode created a scratch build that Disney tested it and it worked in their test environment. The packages are available here:
      https://kojihub.stream.centos.org/kojifiles/scratch/rstrode/task_3131558/

      After installing the packages, Disney needed to make a change to /etc/gdm/custom.conf and put this in the [daemon] section and then restart gdm or reboot:
      [daemon]
      PreferredDisplayServer=legacy-xorg

      This issue is very critical for Disney and their request is to have the official fix delivered for RHEL 9.2 via hotfix, as this is a blocker for their deployment in Production.
