Backport upstream patch to workaround broken text/calendar mail attachments by the server

      Microsoft Exchange server at office365.com recently made a change, which causes text/calendar parts being returned by the server in a broken format. This already happened with some calendar events since Exchange 2016, this time the same problem happens in mails. There is an upstream workaround for the faulty server available [1], which I'd like to backport.
