Goal

• As a user, I want to be able to select whether to configure SQL Server for HA with Pacemaker, or just prepare SQL Server for HA but not configure Pacemaker so that I can use a custom solution.{}

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Verify that you can run the role with {{mssql_ha_prep_for_pacemaker: true and mssql_manage_ha_cluster: true }}to configure AG and join nodes and prepare for Pacemaker and run Pacemaker cluster as usual.
• Verify that you can run the role with {{mssql_ha_prep_for_pacemaker: false }}to configure with AG and join nodes but not prepare for Pacemaker
