Goal

Deprecate the variable mssql_ha_cluster_run_role and replace it with  mssql_manage_ha_cluster

• Verify that mssql_manage_ha_cluster variable works the same way that mssql_ha_cluster_run_role used to work
• Verify that when mssql_ha_cluster_run_role: true is set, playbook prints a warning that it is deprecated
