      chronyc won't run after gnutls is upgraded

      gnutls-3.8.2-1.el9

      Steps to reproduce

      1. upgrade gnutls
      2. run 'chronyc sources -a'
      3.  

      Expected results

      Normal chronyc output

      Actual results

      chronyc: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libgnutls.so.30: undefined symbol: nettle_siv_gcm_aes256_decrypt_message, version NETTLE_8
