[NMCI] ipv6_prefix_delegation_ll_internal crashing

      Given a system administrator is running the NMCI test suite to ensure network configurations are handled correctly by NetworkManager in rhel-9.2+,

      When they execute the ipv6_prefix_delegation_II_internal test scenario within the NMCI test suite using the script ./test_run.sh ipv6_prefix_delegation_II_internal,

      Then the test should consistently pass

      Definition of Done:

      • The implementation meets the acceptance criteria
      • The code is part of a build attached to an errata
      • The fix is backported into rhel-9.4
