What were you trying to do that didn't work?

On boot sometimes not all interfaces are ready when the service starts.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

dovecot-2.3.16-10.el9.x86_64

every time

Steps to reproduce

1. reboot the server

Running dovecot

Actual results

Dovecot often don't start because the network interfaces are not complete ready.

Possible solutions

• use network-online.target instant of multi-user.target
• add an service restart like on sshd
