Samba will be rebased to 4.19 in RHEL 9.4 and 4.19 introduced a change in the exception returned by the method samba.security.dom_sid().

In earlier versions, this method used to raise a TypeError but 4.19 raises a ValueError when the provided argument cannot be parsed into a valid SID.

The consequence is that any call to `ipa --no-prompt group-add-member external-group --external administrator@samba.test` would fail with `an internal error has occurred`.
