Use amd-pstate cpufreq driver with TuneD cpu plugin, namely scaling governors setting, target policy setting and Energy Performance Preference (EPP).

2. Use TuneD profile that sets Energy Performance Preference (EPP)
3. Check through the sysfs that requierd EPP was set
